VICTORIA ST,
NORTH GEELONG - 2007.

Warehouse extension with large truck loading bay area as required by the client, Filigree Textiles. Project included building up of the area behind the existing warehouse, building of the new extension and the removal of the wall between old and new factories. This project had to work in with the clients requirements including not interfering with their production and deliveries and well as current workforce of the textile company. Project built over a 4 month period.

LEATHER ST,
BREAKWATER - 2008.

Four extra warehouse offices were built in conjunction with front building for future tenants. Factory/office/showroom project purpose built for Breakwater Kitchens, consisting of 1000sqm of warehouse with additional showroom and upstairs office. Project designed by Briclok Services in conjunction with BMI Developments and the owner. Four warehouses occupy the rest of the property.

Project built over an 8 month period.

CROWN ST,
SOUTH GEELONG- 2009.

Two Story office complex with 1500 sqm of warehouse space. Due to filling on the site, steel piling was required to penetrate through filling for a founding depth for footings to sit on. Complex completed over 6 month period.
BMI Developments came up with the design of the building in conjunction with owner to complete their needs. BMI also took the project through the planning stage with City of Greater Geelong. This is just another of the items BMI completes to help the client forfill their dream project.

FYANS ST,
SOUTH GEELONG- 2009.

Showroom/office & Warehouse complex. This complex had time constraints of a large sloping site with powerlines restricting construction on two sides of the new building. After consultation with the Architect & Power authorities, BMI completed the new project within 7 months..
